Free self-parking is available to all guests in any of the five parking garages on property: Garages C, D, and F are closest to the store.

Parking is free, so no validation is needed.

The store is located on the corner of Park Lane North and Blackwell Street, next to Nordstrom Rack. There are two exterior entrances to the store, one on each level. Level one includes the café and bookstore, level two includes the salon and Care Center.

We hope that you and your girl love your purchase from American Girl. If for any reason you don't, we'll try to find a way to make it right with an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund for purchases within 90 days. Be assured we'll do our very best to take care of you, but from time to time, we will not accommodate a return.

You may return or exchange your item(s) at any American Girl store location. We only accept returns of products purchased directly from American Girl, either online or at an American Girl store. Please return all other products to the original place of purchase. All returns are monitored and may be limited. A merchandise credit will be issued if the purchase cannot be verified.

A refund or credit will be issued for the purchase price, current list price, or prorated price depending on the item(s) returned. We reserve the right to assess the value of items returned.

Create Your Own Dolls and Garments, dolls with ear piercing, and shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. Items designated as "final sale" cannot be returned.

American Girl will accept returns and exchanges on any item within the Janie and Jack Collection for 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.

The parking lot and entrance to the store are both wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator in the store and all restrooms are accessible. There is also wheelchair-accessible seating in the restaurant.

Reservations are not required to dine in our café. However, if you would like to secure a time, you can make reservations on this page. We often fill to capacity during lunch.

Next up is a visit to the Salon, where matching hairstyles are always available. Plus, your girl and her doll can get her ears pierced and nails done too. We also have complimentary personal shoppers that will assist with showing your girl our top gifts and special items that fit her personality. Finally, try the Styled by You experience, which allows your girl to create a personalized doll with fashions and accessories. Some of these experiences require a reservation, so we do recommend checking before visiting.
